We work with two kinds of practices: med spas, and medical wellness practices, which include wellness clinics, telehealth practices and mobile or concierge care. Both get the same standards. The plans differ because patients choose these services in different ways.

The standard is the same on both tracks: one review request for every patient, patient content only with written authorization, claims your clinicians can stand behind and no shortcuts that put your visibility at risk. See our standards.
Where we work
We are a US agency starting with practices in Florida, and we work remotely, so a practice anywhere in the state is in reach. Telehealth practices often serve several states; we plan around the states where you are licensed to practice. Florida has its own advertising and outreach rules, covered on our Florida page.
When we're not the right fit
- You need paid ads managed. We don't offer paid media management.
- You are looking for promises about rankings, patient numbers or AI recommendations.
- You want reviews written, bought or filtered.
- You need legal, compliance or clinical advice. We follow published rules and recommend qualified review.
