Mobile and concierge care
Marketing for mobile and concierge care
Mobile IV services, in-home care and concierge practices go to the patient, so there is no storefront for search engines to point to. We set up service-area Business Profiles correctly, keep listings consistent, and make service areas, availability and credentials unmistakable on every page and profile.
Service-area businesses on Google
Google Business Profile is for businesses that meet customers in person during their stated hours, which mobile and concierge care does by going to the patient. If patients don't come to your address, Google's guidelines say to hide it and list the areas you serve instead: up to 20 service areas, set by city or ZIP code within about two hours' drive of your base. Google may still ask for your real address to verify the profile, and virtual offices and mailboxes don't qualify.
Consistent listings everywhere
Patients and search engines cross-check your name, phone number, service areas and hours across Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp and health directories. We keep one approved fact sheet and use it for every listing, so the details always match.
Pages that match how people search
- One page per service: what is included, who performs it, how a visit works and how to book.
- Clear service areas, with travel limits or fees if you have them.
- Credentials and supervision: who administers treatment and who oversees it.
- Area pages only where you have genuinely local information. No city-swap pages.
Trust signals for care at home
Letting a clinician into your home or office takes trust. Make it easy to verify licensure, explain your safety and screening steps, show your real team, and collect reviews from every patient the same way.
Questions
Can we list our home address on Google?
If patients don't visit it, Google's guidelines say to hide the address and show your service areas instead. Google may still ask for the real address when you verify the profile.
Should we create a page for every city we serve?
Only where you have something genuinely local to say. A clear page listing your service areas usually serves patients better than many near-identical pages.
We run teams in two metros. One profile or two?
It depends on whether each metro has its own staffed base. Google's guidelines set the rules, and we work it through with you before anything is created.
