The process

  1. Step 1

    Understand

Your services, patients, locations and what your team can realistically support. We ask for user access, never shared passwords.

  2. Step 2

    Baseline

Search Console, Business Profile and any inquiry data you already have, plus a recorded set of real AI answers, all dated before anything changes.

  3. Step 3

    Plan

A written plan with priorities, owners and dates, what is included and what isn't, and what we need from you at each step.

  4. Step 4

    Build

Fixes, pages, profiles and content, each approved by you before it goes live. Medical statements are approved by your clinicians.

  5. Step 5

    Review

A report against the baseline on an agreed cadence, usually monthly, then a decision about what comes next.

What we need from you

  • One decision-maker who can approve work and answer questions.
  • User access to your Google accounts and channels, granted to us by name.
  • An approved list of services, locations or service areas, hours and credentials.
  • A clinician who reviews anything that describes treatment, risks or results.
  • Your process for patient authorizations, if patients will appear in content.

What stays yours

Your Search Console property, Google Business Profile, analytics, domain and DNS stay in accounts your practice owns. We work through user access you grant and can remove at any time. If we stop working together, nothing has to be transferred back to you because it never left.

How we report

Search metrics show whether more of the right people find you. The numbers that matter to a practice come later in the journey, so where your systems allow it we report each stage separately:

The stages we report, and what each one means
StageWhat it means
InquiryA new contact from a prospective patient, by form, call or message, with its source
ConsultationA booked consultation or first appointment
AttendedThe consultation actually happened
Paid patientA patient who paid for a service
Collected revenueRevenue actually collected, with the period and how it was attributed

An inquiry is never reported as a patient, and traffic is never reported as revenue.

What we don't promise

Nobody can honestly promise a ranking, an AI recommendation or a number of new patients. We promise the work, the evidence and a clear account of what changed. Our standards list the rules we follow.

Questions

How often do you report?

On a cadence we agree at the start, usually monthly. Each report compares against the dated baseline.

Who approves content before it goes live?

You do. Anything medical is approved by your clinicians as well.

Do you need our passwords?

No. We ask for user access in our own name, so you can see and remove it at any time.

Start with the right questions.

Tell us about your practice and what you want more of. We will reply with honest next steps, including whether we are the right fit.

Discuss your practice
