Technical and on-page audit

We start by checking what search engines actually receive: whether important pages are indexed, whether canonicals and redirects point the right way, how fast pages load on a phone, whether titles and descriptions match each page, and whether structured data matches what is on the page. You get a prioritized list with the evidence for each item, not a generic score.

Local search and Google Business Profile

For a practice with a location patients visit, the Google Business Profile can do as much work as the website. We check the categories, services, hours, photos and links, keep your name, address and phone consistent across the directories that matter, and set up a review request that goes to every patient the same way.

Mobile and concierge services that visit patients follow different Business Profile rules. See marketing for mobile and concierge care.

Service and location pages

Each treatment or program you want to grow gets one page that answers the questions patients ask: what it is, who it is for and who it is not for, what to expect, recovery or downtime, who performs it and how pricing works. Your clinicians review and approve every medical statement before it is published.

Location pages exist only where you have a real presence or genuinely local information to share. We don't publish city-swap pages that repeat the same text with a different town name.

What we won't do

  • Buy links or take part in link schemes.
  • Publish doorway pages or mass-produced pages written mainly to rank.
  • Write, buy or filter reviews.
  • Hide text, stuff keywords or show search engines something different from what patients see.
  • Publish medical claims your clinicians haven't approved.

All of these appear in Google's spam policies, and they put your practice's visibility at risk.

How we measure SEO

We report Search Console clicks and impressions by page and query, Business Profile actions such as calls, website visits and direction requests, and, where your systems allow, the steps that matter most: inquiries, consultations, attended visits and paying patients. See how we work.

Questions

How long does SEO take?

It depends on how competitive your services are and what state the site is in. Technical fixes can show up once Google recrawls the pages; new content and local reputation usually take months. We report with dates so you can see what changed and when.

Do you build links?

We don't buy them. We help you earn mentions the legitimate way: local partners, professional associations, directories that patients actually use and real news worth covering.

Do you write medical content?

We draft it in plain language and cite sources. Your clinicians review and approve every medical statement before it goes live.
